I’m the founder of four initiatives Digiplano, Paragon Ladies, Laina AI Systems, and Suno Ehsas each focused on different aspects of growth, empowerment, and innovation.
I’m a working professional with hands on experience in SEO, strategy, and consulting.
I’m deeply passionate about empowering women through both technical skills and emotional intelligence.

From SEO to enterpruener
I started my career working in SEO and digital marketing roles. After gaining experience, I moved into offering my own services. I started helping businesses with SEO and digital growth solutions. I began teaching SEO and digital marketing to beginners. I shared what I knew. I helped them understand the process step by step.
Over time, I trained more than 100 students. I saw them grow. I saw them start earning. I saw their confidence build. And I realized this is where I can create real impact. So I transitioned from service provider to trainer and mentor. Then I became a consultant.
But I didn’t stop there. I built platforms. I created systems. I founded initiatives that could help more people at once not just one on one, but through communities, programs, and scalable solutions

The Teacher Inside Me
I didn’t just want to do the work; I wanted to excel at it. I wanted to teach others how to do it. So I became a coach. A mentor. A guide.
I trained beginners. I held big online sessions. I answered questions late at night. I showed people step by step how to start, how to improve, and how to earn.
But I noticed something. Some people possessed all the necessary skills, yet they still struggled. They were confused. Afraid. Stuck. And that’s when everything changed.

That’s the missing piece most people overlook. And that’s why I’m committed to helping people grow not just professionally, but personally too.
I saw people give up too soon
I trained many people in digital skills. Many were talented and hardworking.
But I saw them struggle not because they lacked knowledge, but because they lacked confidence, clarity, and emotional balance.
That’s when I realised: skills alone are not enough.
So I started Suno Ehsas focusing on emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and inner strength alongside technical training.
