How you can start your own SEO for your brand or your first SEO project
Let me share this step by step while doing this for my current project.
Phase 1
Har successful SEO campaign ki starting right audit aur strong base se hoti hai.
Step 1: Audit Findings, Problem Spotting
Pehla kaam ye kiya ke client ki website ka detailed SEO audit kiya.
Audit me ye issues samne aaye:
Site speed bohat slow thi
Schema markup broken tha
URL structure long thy kuch unclear thy
Developer side ke kaafi technical bugs thy
Action: Ye sab errors ko list kiya aur developer ko forward kiya, unse proper fix karwaya before starting actual SEO work.
Step 2: Technical Foundation Set Karna
Week-1 (Usually this process takes time more than 1-5 or 2 weeks but meri speed normal sy zayda hoti ha so…)
Ab jab developer side ke errors fix hogaye, hum ne SEO ka Phase 1 start kiya.
Is phase ka focus tha:
Technical Setup + Keyword Research + Page Structuring
Technical Fixes kiya:
Site speed ko 2.5s se kam kia using:
Image compression (WebP)
Mobile-friendliness test pass karwaya
Core Web Vitals optimize kiya
Crawling Setup:
Fresh XML sitemap generate karke GSC me submit kiya
Robots.txt file clean aur verify ki
Step 3: Schema Markup Add Kiya, AI Ready Banaya
Aaj kal AI Search Engines schema data par rely karti hain.
Website par add kiya:
Organization schema
Service schema
LocalBusiness markup
FAQs ka structured data (for AI snippets)
Is step se help milti hai featured snippets aur AI-based answers me site ko show karwanay me.
Step 4: URL & Service Pages Redesign
Ab baari thi content structure ki:
Har service page ka short, SEO-friendly URL set kiya:
/seo-uae, /google-ads-dubai etc.
Har page ke liye clear call-to-action aur optimized content add kiya
Target audience UAE thi, to plan kiya ke:
English + Arabic dono versions banayenge (bilingual landing pages)
Step 5: Tools Setup for Tracking
Project ke start me hi install kiya:
Google Analytics 4
Google Search Console
Taake har change ka result hum accurately measure kar saken.
Final Outcome of Phase One:
- Website technically strong ban gayi
- Structure AI & Search Engine Friendly ho gaya
- Tracking & analysis tools fully active
- Phase 2 ke liye perfect base tayar ho gaya
